In Design System We trust

Design
Once we set clear ideation goals, we moved into the design phase. We examined various design patterns to ensure consistency across multiple devices to find the best fit for users. We then created low-fidelity wireframes based on our mind map and user flows. We generated multiple iterations for each user flow and used dot voting to select the design for our high-fidelity prototype.

This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features. Encourage site visitors to learn more by exploring the full list of services offered.
Ideation
With the established user pain point and goal as a guide, we created a mind map to effectively organize a clear structure and hierarchy, making complex concepts easier to understand. We structure our approach around the user to create a user-friendly product that's easy to understand and navigate, allowing users to complete tasks efficiently without confusion. We developed the user flows to showcase a visual roadmap of the user's journey.

Context &
Device
Designing with context in mind helps us anticipate user needs, optimize experiences, and create products that feel relevant and intuitive.
How? by embracing the user's situation, taking into account their location, time, goals, emotions, and social environment.
Persona
To understand our users in context, we dive deep into our persona's routine, pain points, and motivations.
